Biography:
 

Chance serves as the Manager of Parking & Ground Transportation for Spokane International Airport (GEG) in Spokane, Washington. Chance’s tenure at Spokane International Airport has been marked by a dedication to continuous improvement and a passion for delivering exceptional service. Chance began his career with Spokane International Airport in 2011 and focuses on strengthening operational efficiencies, customer satisfaction, and team accountability. Chance’s leadership and strategic initiatives were recognized, leading to his promotion to Assistant Manager in 2014 and then Manager in 2021. In this role, Chance manages a dynamic team, coordinates large-scale projects, and fosters strong partnerships with local businesses and transportation providers, significantly contributing to the airport's growth and success.

Chance is a graduate of Washington State University, where he holds dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Biology and Zoology. Chance has held the Certified Parking Professional (CPP) credential through the National Parking Association (NPA) since 2014. In addition, in October 2024, Chance was elected to sit on the Board of Directors for the Pacific Intermountain Parking and Transportation Association (PIPTA).
