Scholarship Selection Process
The Ray & Sandy Mundy Scholarship is administered by an AGTA commitee, which is responsible for reviewing eligible applications and selecting the scholarship recipient.
Applications are evaluated through an independent review process based on the scholarship's established eligibility and selection criteria. The committee considers each applicant's qualifications, academic and professional interests, leadership potential, and connection to the transportation, logistics, or mobility industry.
Scholarship sponsors do not participate in the evaluation or selection of recipients and do not influence the committee's decision, nor do they serve as part of the committee.
Eligibility & Application
Eligibility Requirements
To be considered for the Ray and Sandy Mundy Scholarship, applicants must:
- Be currently enrolled as a student at an accredited college or university.
- Be pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in transportation, logistics, supply chain management, business, engineering, aviation, hospitality, or a related field.
- Maintain a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale and remain in good academic standing.
- Demonstrate an interest in transportation, logistics, airport operations, mobility, or a related industry.
- Demonstrate leadership potential, professional or community involvement, or participation in extracurricular activities.
- Be able to attend the AGTA conference associated with the scholarship award.
- Submit a complete application and all required supporting materials by the application deadline.
Applicants should also demonstrate how their education and career goals relate to the transportation, logistics, aviation, or mobility industries.
