Using Change As Your Ally

We're meeting September 29 - October 2, 2024 in Salt Lake City, Utah
at the Marriott University Park.

The theme for this fall's conference is Using Change As Your Ally. This AGTA conference will feature general sessions and breakout workshops on airport sustainability, airport ground transportation insurance practices, virtual queuing, and electric-vehicle charging.  A main session is dedicated to presenting the results of the 2024 Airport Fees and Fares Survey. These sessions will examine how airports, parking, and providers can work together to develop the best plan for each unique airport. The more intimate afternoon breakout sessions will provide an opportunity for discussion of the mornings' major topics in more personalized detail, given a smaller number of participants. Breakouts additionally invite exploring issues focused on addressing the needs of individual airports and operators.

Our conference will be held at the Marriott University Park. Reserve your room by September 2, 2024 to obtain our special group rate of $165 per night.

CANCELLATION POLICY: All cancellations must be received in writing on or before September 2 to receive 50% refund by check after the conference is over. NO refunds will be made after September 2 except for a documented medical emergency. We are sorry, but we cannot credit cancellations to future meetings; however, substitute attendee(s) from the same company are permissible.
