We're meeting September 21-24, 2025 in San Antonio, Texas
at Embassy Suites Riverwalk Downtown.

Our preliminary meeting agenda will be shared in the coming weeks. We are zeroing in on technology applications driving the future of airport ground transportation.
The following are focus areas we are working toward in preparing our session topics:

The conference room rate is $189. This rate will only be available through August 22, 2025; however, the rate will no longer be available if our room block fills up prior to this cut-off date.

NO refunds will be made after August 22 except for a documented medical emergency.
