Theme: From the Curb to the Future: Safe, Efficient, and Sustainable Airport Ground Transportation

The Airport Ground Transportation Association (AGTA) invites proposals for presentations at its Spring 2026 Conference in Nashville, Tennessee. This premier event brings together airport authorities, ground transportation operators, technology providers, and industry experts to explore innovative practices and next-generation technologies shaping the future of airport ground access.

Conference Focus

The 2026 conference will examine the full spectrum of airport ground transportation issues — from today’s operational challenges to tomorrow’s integrated mobility solutions. We are seeking presentations that offer insights, best practices, case studies, and forward-looking perspectives on:

  • Operational Excellence & Collaboration
    Curbside management, partnerships between airports and operators, congestion mitigation, pricing strategies, and service coordination.
  • Construction & Special Events
    Maintaining traffic flow during reconstruction, planning for major events such as the Olympics or World Cup, and managing surges in passenger demand.
  • Technology & Innovation
    AI-driven analytics, dispatch platforms, autonomous vehicles, and other cutting-edge tools transforming airport ground access.
  • Sustainability & Equipment
    Electric and low-emission vehicles, accessible equipment, fleet electrification, and next-generation materials and services.
  • Research & Procurement
    Leveraging ACRP findings, rental car facility planning, smart procurement strategies, and lifecycle cost management.
  • Future Vision
    Integrated, sustainable, and customer-centric ground transportation solutions
  • Other
    Other management, technology or practices.

Session Formats

Presentations will typically be 10–15 minutes within 45-minute sessions (allowing for multiple speakers per session), followed by Q&A. Panels, case studies, and interactive formats are encouraged.

Who Should Submit

We welcome proposals from airport executives and planners, ground transportation operators, technology vendors, consultants, researchers, and public-sector officials with expertise in airport ground access.

Our goal is to provide attendees with valuable, actionable insights. We welcome presentations that focus on education and thought leadership, rather than product or service promotion.

  • Presenter name(s), title(s), organization(s), and contact information
  • Preferred session topic(s) from the list above (or indicate "other")

Selected presenters will be notified by December 31, 2025.

Conference Fees

No fee is required for abstract submission and consideration.
Speakers are not compensated, and conference fees apply to presenters attending the conference.
